Anime Milwaukee 2010

Anime Milwaukee 2010 is currently slated for Mar 12 - Mar 14, 2010.

Anime Milwaukee is a branching convention from JAA that was established in 2007 with just a handful of anime enthusiasts watching anime, playing games, and hanging out for one day. There was a terrible blizzard that year that mostly prevented more people from attending but that year was more of a large scale JAA party anyway. As a result, Anime Milwaukee adds the ".5" to the end of the year number to remember this "half convention" it started from.

Since then, the convention has grown substantially in a short time thanks to the dedicated AMKE officers, staff, volunteers, and general guests that make the experience great.

For 2010, we have everything you'd expect to be at an anime convention including games, a vendor room, cosplay contests, AMV's, character auction, a dance, and panels. Of course, we also love to meet the voices behind our favorite works so our AMKE Coordinator, Melissa Erdman, has already contacted Christopher Sabat, Vic Mignogna, and Martin Billany ( a.k.a. LittleKuriboh ) for the 2010 Anime Milwaukee convention. These are subject to change of course at any time.

Anime Milwaukee is always looking for volunteers and panelists so we encourage you to get involved with the convention and contact AMKE.
